We were impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff who made our stay truly memorable. The rooftop restaurant provided a stunning setting for breakfast with a fantastic view. The spa was a relaxing oasis after a day of walking around the hilly city, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the thoughtful gesture of macarons and champagne for our anniversary, making our last night in Lisbon extra special.

The staff kindly accommodated our early check-in request and were incredibly friendly. The rooftop terrace bar, delicious breakfast, and central location made our stay unforgettable. Though the room was on the smaller side, it was still a top-notch experience.

My wife says that having a designated play area for kids within the hotel premises would have been a great addition for families with children.

The thoughtful design and easy accessibility made me feel at ease and allowed me to fully enjoy the stunning views of Lisbon.

I would only ask for a better vacation for senior people to have more seating options in the rooftop area, as it can get quite popular and the children working there might not always be available to assist with finding a comfortable spot.

The only thing that could have been better was clearer information about the pool age restriction, but it didn't really affect my stay. Totally worth it, would recommend to anyone! 💫

The location in the city center made it easy to walk to shopping, sightseeing, and great restaurants. Cons: I would recommend this place to any family looking for a comfortable stay without any complaints.

I stayed in the Alvaro de Campos room and fell in love with it! The space was just perfect for our group of friends, and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. It's a cozy, modern room that made us feel right at home.

The restaurant with panoramic views and the SPA and fitness centre were convenient amenities. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city after work.
